Refund policy
Hey ONEMORE fam,
We're all about ensuring you're completely satisfied with your ONEMORE experience. Your trust in us is vital. We understand that sometimes, things might not be as expected, and that's perfectly okay. We've designed our return policy with your convenience in mind.
If for any reason, you feel an item you've received isn't quite the right fit for you, don't worry. You have a whole 30 days after receiving it to let us know. Just make sure the item is just as you received it - unworn, untouched, all tags in place, nestled in its original packaging, and of course, remember to keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return gets the green light from us, we'll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that without a prior return request, we can't accept items sent back to us. Also, keep in mind that if you're based outside of Australia, shipping might take a bit longer.
We're always available for any questions or concerns you might have regarding returns at hello@onemore.com.au. It's very important to us that you're satisfied with your order. Please inspect your items when you receive them, and if there's an issue - whether it's damaged, defective, or perhaps not the right item, get in touch with us right away so we can make things right.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards. But we're all about making things as easy as possible for you. So, if you want to make an exchange, the quickest way to do that is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
After we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it has, you'll receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take some time to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at hello@onemore.com.au.
